Issues are available on-line in English, Spanish and French.

JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association)
The Journal of the American Medical Association article contains abstracts, letters, and medical news. Issues from July 1995 through the present are available online.

JAMWA (Journal of the American Medical Women's Association)
The Journal of the American Medical Women's Association, is a peer-reviewed, quarterly medical journal that focuses on women's health. Search articles from 1994 on, including the EC issue.
